In this service, we understand your requirements, suggest you the right hardware, install Linux operating system, set up proxy server and related software and train your employees on how to use it. You will be provided with 3 months technical support free of cost. Afterwards, you can take up a suitable annual support plan from us.

  • What kind of hardware do you need for tuxprox service?

We suggest you the right hardware as per your requirements. You don't have to worry about hardware compatiblity or performance issues.

  • How much support can we get from you?

Support is free for the first three months. During this time, we provide you with all software updates and feature improvements. Afterwards, you can manage this server yourself or take up one of our annual support plans.

  • What is not covered by this service?

Interacting with your vendors (hardware, ISP etc) is not something that we handle. It is your responsibility to make sure that they are providing you with the quality of service they promised.

  • How can we measure the benefits of having your service?.

You can gather relevant statistics before deploying our service and after three months of using our service. You can immediately realize the benefits.
