Contacting Us

  • E-mail is the best way to contact us. But please do not spam us, citing CANSPAM Act and other nonsense! 
  • We do not answer calls from numbers starting with 140 (allocated to telemarketing firms by TRAI) or where caller's number is hidden or obscured.
  • In case we do not answer your phone call immediately, we might be busy. Please call us later. We receive calls from 2-6PM on Mon-Fri only.
  • If you are our web hosting client facing an urgent issue, you are entitled to call us on our hosting support number anytime, even on weekends and holidays, before opening a support ticket using our ticketing system.
  • In order to apply for a position with our company, you are advised to first check our Join us page and apply if there is a suitable job announced there. We prefer competent hands-on candidates irrespective of their pass percentages.

Payments

Web Hosting Payment and Renewal Policy:

  • Full payment in advance before we set up your hosting account or purchase your domains.
  • Late payment fee of 5% of invoice amount would be charged if payment is not done within 7 days after the due date.
  • Hosting account will be suspended if payment is not received within 10 days after the due date.
  • Hosting account will be terminated if payment is not received within 30 days after the due date. We would not be having your account information, e-mails or web site content after this time.

Web Design Payment Policy:

  • Advance amount of 50% to be paid in order to start the project.
  • Balance amount to be paid against the delivery of the project.
  • No refunds in case the project gets cancelled for any reason whatsoever.
  • Late payments would be charged 10% extra alongwith other costs we may have incurred.

Training Services Payment Policy:

  • Full payment to be paid in advance before the course starts.
  • We do not offer any demo classes as they do not serve any purpose whatsoever.
